What Comes After Eggplant

Never knew that taste can be so subjective and more so when you only deal with vegetarian food.

The other day I had home cooked Eggplant and Bread (thanks to my multi- talented wife, she brings these 'taste surprises') and wow, it took me good 20 minutes to come out of the taste saga I was into.



Right amount of spices, salt and green chilies makes the perfect recipe and most importantly the eggplant should be roasted just perfect, and you got yourself the answer to "What comes after eggplant".
