Since when has the oil displaced water as the determining factor of future of economies, well in this part of the world it has always been, 40 years to be precise. Oil knows how to stay afloat and stay in the picture.......................

Never knew that taste can be so subjective and more so when you only deal with vegetarian food. The other day I had home cooked Eggplant and Bread (thanks to my multi- talented wife, she brings these 'taste surprises') and wow, it took me good 20 minutes to come out of the taste saga I was into. Right amount of spices, salt and green chilies makes the perfect recipe and most importantly the eggplant should be roasted just perfect, and you got yourself the answer to "What comes after eggplant".

I was all set to buy a car in my adopted country of 2 years- UAE. However it wasn’t a simple decision and that too in a distant land. It took a lot of planning at the start and then an execution right towards the end to get my hands on something I would cherish all my life. To cut to the chase, While I was doing what all I was doing to get a car which suits all my requirements, one fine day I got behind the wheel of a Challenger and next 3 minutes were exotic . And it has been almost 6 months and I call myself a proud DODGER.
